1/2 c. skim milk
3 pkg. Equal
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine
all ingredients in blender.
Process at medium speed until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Contains 80 calories per shake. Frozen fruit makes thicker shakes.
