Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm milk.
    Add flour; make a soft dough.
    Let stand in warm place until double in size.
    Make stiff dough.
    Pinch off large egg size.
    Mash flat.
    Let rise again double in size.
    Spread butter on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
