Lo-Cal Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Combine oil, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture and stir only until flour is moistened.
    Fold in mashed bananas and pecans. Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf, 12 slices.
    One slice equals 135 calories.
