Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar pimiento (optional)
    1 can French fried onions (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
