Brown Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. brown rice
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

Saute almonds in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine until golden brown.
Remove and set aside.
