Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour and stir in pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple; mix well.
Pour into 1-quart greased casserole dish.
Combine melted oleo and crumbs; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
