Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    2 sticks of margarine (softened)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 cups plain flour
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar, oil and margarine.
    Add salt, soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.
    Slowly add flour a little at a time while you are mixing.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-13 minutes or until they are light brown around the edge.
