Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 c. boiling water
pinch of salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. oleo
Preparation

In saucepan, boil water.
Add oleo and salt; bring to a boil again.
Remove from heat. Add flour and beat vigorously. When smooth, add eggs, one at a time, and slightly beat.
Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Lower temperature to 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Fill when cooled with whipped cream or other filling.
