Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate Cheddar cheese and soften cream cheese.
    Put in other ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Chill overnight and then roll in small rolls; roll in paprika. Chill and slice. Serve on your favorite snack crackers.
