Quail Stuffed With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quail, cleaned
    1/4 lb. bulk sausage (for each bird)
    breadcrumbs
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean birds, do not split.
    For each bird, saute 1/4 pound bulk sausage; add an equal amount of breadcrumbs and stuff birds with mixture.
    Rub birds with olive oil and dust with salt and pepper.
    Roast in 325\u00b0 oven.
