Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can chicken with rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 oz. tomato paste
    2 (8 oz.) jars Ortega taco sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    12 flour tortillas
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add the next 9 ingredients, mixing well.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Layer 1/2 the tortillas and ground beef mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Arrange small slices of cream cheese over beef mixture.
    Top with remaining tortillas, ground beef mixture and grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
