Spicy Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries (about 1 lb.)
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced very thin about 1/2 c.
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and water in saucepan.
    Cook 15 minutes over medium heat until berries pop and mixture thickens.
