Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn (blender can make cream-style corn)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix all in a 2 1/2-quart dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or so, covered with foil.
(Use a cover, it may run over.)
