Pancit(From Philippines) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 handfuls chopped scallions
    2 handfuls chopped onions
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 handfuls sliced celery
    2 handfuls chopped cabbage
    meat from 3 to 4 pork chops, cut up
    1/4 c. (plus or minus) soy sauce
    1 lb. rice noodles
    3/4 c. shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Stir-fry (in oil) first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 5 ingredients and simmer until cooked (20 minutes).
    After this is done, cook rice noodles, as directed on package (about 5 to 10 minutes). Drain.
    Add to mixture.
    Add shrimp.
    Add more soy sauce to taste.
