Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 bay leaf
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring sauce occasionally.
