Cuban Picadillo(Ground Beef Skillet Dinner) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. salad stuffed green olives
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 small can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet.
Drain off excess fat.
Add onion and green pepper and cook until onion is transparent.
Add raisins, olives, garlic and bay leaf.
Cook 15 minutes over low heat. Serve over rice.
Serves 4 people.
Meat and rice may be mixed together before serving.
