Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add orange sherbet.
    When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last.
    Chill until firm.
    Yield: about 12 servings.
