Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    grated Cheddar cheese
    tortilla or corn chips
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add seasoning mix and water as directed on package.
    Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
    Crumble chips onto plate; add lettuce, ground beef and tomatoes.
    Top with cheese and sour cream.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
