Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant oats
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5 1/2 c. flour (unbleached)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Bring 2 cups water to a boil; pour over oats and let stand at least 15 minutes.
    When oats are lukewarm, add the honey, molasses, butter and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; let stand 5 minutes, then add to oat mixture.
    Stir in enough of the flour to make an easy to handle dough.
