Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large firm tomatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2 c. cooked white crabmeat
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Slice tops off tomatoes and set aside.
    Scoop out tomatoes and turn empty cases upside down to drain.
    Mix mayo, lemon and cream. Stir in crabmeat and pepper. Fill tomato cases with crabmeat mixture and replace tops.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 4.
