Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 2 c.
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs and cream with sugar. Add oil, pumpkin, flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend well, then stir in coconut and pecans. Pour batter into 3 well-greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool.
