Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked rice
    onion
    celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in chicken stock.
    Mix together chicken, rice, onion, celery, mayo, soup and lemon juice.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and sprinkle over mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 15 minutes.
