Ingredients

2 medium melons (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Put cottage cheese, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in blender; whirl until smooth.
Serve with melon cubes.
