June'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. condensed milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. rice
1 bunch broccoli (fresh) or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, cheese, and milk. Put in baking dish. Add rice and broccoli. Stir thoroughly but carefully. Add layer of cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
