Old-Fashioned Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double pie crust in deep dish
    1 qt. fruit (peaches, cherries, berries or apples)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    scant 7/8 c. sugar
    fruit and juice of 1 small lemon
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar well.
    Add fruit and juice of small lemon. Put
    all ingredients into deep dish and add top crust. Bake
    at 400\u00b0
    for
    30 minutes;
    turn down to 350\u00b0 and finish baking approximately 30 minutes longer.
    Crust should get nice and brown and juice bubble through top crust holes.
    (Make few cuts with knife in top crust before putting on pie.)
