Listy Or "Nothings" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 pt. cream
    dash of salt
    enough flour to make dough like (for noodles)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well, then knead for a few minutes.
    Place on bread board and cover with bowl (warm if possible).
    Let stand a few minutes; knead a little and then cut into 4 or 5 pieces.
    Let stand again for about 30 minutes or less. Roll quite thin and cut up into 3-inch squares or 2 x 3-inch rectangles.
    Cut an inch or so slit in each.
    Fry in hot fat until light brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
