Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans croissants
    2 cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Roll out 1 can croissants into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mix next four ingredients plus 1 egg yolk.
    Place on 1st layer.
    Roll out 2nd can of croissants and place on top of mixture.
    Brush egg white on top layer.
