Braised Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. pkg. dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Trim fat from steak; wipe meat with damp cloth.
    Sprinkle one side with half of crumb mixture; pound into steak.
    Repeat other side.
    Brush both sides with butter; place under broiler, turning once, until brown on both sides.
