Herbed Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. ground raw turkey
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. long grain rice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
Preparation

Place turkey and onions in a nonstick, microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh oregano sprig if desired. Makes 4 servings.
