Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunky pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine flour and sugar; stir this into juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple.
    Put in 1-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
