Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

14 to 20 egg roll wrappers (2 pkg.)
Preparation

Use 1/4 cup filling.
Place diagonally across center; lift lower triangle and tuck under.
Bring end flaps up.
Roll the filled portion over.
Press down firmly with water.
Fill wok with 3-inches oil.
Heat to 375\u00b0.
Fry 4 or 5 at a time for 3 to 4 minutes.
