Charlene'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-10 potatoes
2- 13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
1 onion diced
1/2 stalk celery
2-3 med. carrots
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream
6-7 slices of cheese
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes, add salt, nutmeg, onion, and chicken broth, start to cook.
Next cut celery and garnish carrots.
When potatoes are soft reduce heat to simmer.
Add butter and cheese. When cheese is melted, add cream and simmer.
Cook 5-10 minutes longer, stir soup often.
Half way you may want to add a couple cups of water.
