Meat-Potato Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. coarsely shredded raw potatoes
1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. cooked, diced chicken, ham, browned sausage, etc.
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
-
In 9-inch pie pan, stir together oil and potatoes.
Press evenly into pie crust shape.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
