Fish And Rice Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
3 slices mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 small pkg. cooked Virgo yellow rice
2 lb. fish fillet of your choice
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In a 2-quart baking dish, layer rice, then fish.
Mix the cream of chicken soup and milk and pour over rice and fish. Break cheese slices in smaller pieces and place over mixture.
Mix 1 cup of Pepperidge Farm dressing and 2 tablespoons of melted butter; sprinkle over dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
