Healthy Garden Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen, cut broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. diet margarine
    8 slices Borden Lite-line process cheese (any flavor), cut up
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (4 oz.) cartons Egg Beaters, thawed
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine.
    In bowl, toss Lite-line pieces with flour.
    Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 6 servings.
