Supper Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. link sausage
    1 can tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can peas
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 pkg. long spaghetti
Preparation
    Place sausage and water in cold frying pan.
    Cover and brown slowly.
    When sausage browns, remove from pan.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat from sausage.
    Add tomatoes and onions; simmer until onions are tender.
    Put sausage links into tomato mixture to reheat.
    Make a ring of peas around edge of casserole dish. Arrange sausage and tomato sauce in center.
    Cover peas with cooked spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Place under broiler until cheese has melted and browned slightly.
    Serves 6.
