Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
    Mix sugar with 2 cups water; add flour.
    Add yeast to mixture.
    Let stand in glass jar covered with a cloth for 5 days.
    Then put in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
    Take out and feed.
