Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 4 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1 lb. seedless white grapes, halved
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and almonds. Mix remaining ingredients and add to chicken.
Toss well.
Chill serveral hours.
Serve on lettuce.
Makes 12 servings.
