Vegetable Garden Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. finely grated carrot
    2 tsp. finely grated onion
    1 tsp. finely grated green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Store in fridge.
    May also be used as salad dressing.
