Fiesta Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add egg and fruit cocktail; mix and pour batter into an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top of batter.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve with whipped cream.
