Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3-inch strips
1 c. fresh basil, chopped
1 c. sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
1 lb. fettuccine
oil from sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in skillet until wilted.
Add chicken strips and brown, stirring chicken frequently.
Add basil and sun-dried tomatoes and saute for another minute or two.
Cook pasta according to package.
Drain.
Toss hot fettuccine and sauce together.
Add extra oil from the tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.
