Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and buttermilk.
Sift dry ingredients and add slowly to creamed mixture.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
