Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef (round steak)
    1 lb. lean pork steak
    1 bunch celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium can bean sprouts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (Oriental)
    1 small can mushrooms, cut up
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Dice onion.
    Brown meat.
    Put onion in pressure cooker with meat and celery or simmer on stove for about 2 hours with 1 cup water.
    Cook for about 5 minutes after pressure is up, then let stand until pressure goes completely down.
    Add in remaining ingredients.
    Thicken with flour and season to taste. Serve over rice or with chow mein noodles.
