Chile Mac Ole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. elbow macaroni
1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
In medium saucepan, heat remaining ingredients (reserving 1/4 cup cheese) until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
Arrange macaroni on platter.
Pour chili mixture over.
Top with remaining cheese.
