Jelly Roll Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs (separate yolks from whites)
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. water
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites first and leave until last to fold in.
Beat yolks; add water and beat in sugar until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Stir until well mixed.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in shallow pan.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
