Quicky Dark Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. light cream
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. pecan or walnut pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, salt and cream in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate, marshmallows, nuts and vanilla extract.
    Beat vigorously until marshmallows are melted.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle with additional nuts, if desired.
    Cool; cut into squares.
