Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend together sugar, eggs and oil; add dry ingredients.
Beat one minute.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Mix in well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
