Onion Soup(Short Cut) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 onions, sliced
2 cans beef consomme
2 cans water
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine with salt and pepper.
Add small amount of water so onions will cook and soften, but not brown or burn.
Heat consomme and water.
Add onions with their liquid. Simmer about 1 hour.
Serve with toast points and cheese.
