Pastry Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Add vinegar, egg and water.
Makes 6 or 7 pie crusts.
May be frozen.
