Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch in with sugar to prevent lumps. Drain broth off beets into pot, then add vinegar to broth. Add sugar with cornstarch into broth and let cook over medium heat until thick. Add beets into thickened broth and let simmer.
